He has experience of over 45 years in the field of accounting, auditing and management consultancy services and has been the senior partner and chairman of the firm. His main area of specialization is tax, auditing and management consultancy. He has widely travelled the world over and has represented the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) in several conferences and seminars including SAFA, International Congress of Accountants, CAPA, International Federation of Accountants and also represented as a delegate to Government of Sindh and Government of Pakistan in the World Bank meetings.

M. Moin Khan is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and International Fiscal Association (IFA) Netherlands.
He is associated with Muniff Ziauddin & Co. for the last 25 years. He specializes in Auditing, accounting and management advisory services. He has attended several national and international conferences and seminars on various aspects of auditing, accounting and taxation. During his tenure with Muniff Ziauddin & Co, he worked on various assignments and provided variety of professional services in the field of audit, taxation, corporate affairs and management consultancy. He has the honor of supervising and conducting the statutory audit of State Bank of Pakistan for a consecutive period of four years.
He has also carried out a number of assignments for the Privatization Commission Government of Pakistan/ Government of Sindh and other Government owned units. He has also undertaken exercises for revaluation of assets of various listed and non listed companies and government entities.
On appointment from the Central Board of Revenue, Government of Pakistan, he enjoyed the experience of conducting audit of various organizations under section 32A of the Sales Tax Act 1990 and under section 4A of the repealed Income Tax Ordinance 1979.

Salim is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Pakistan and ACCA (UK) with over 5 years experience in audit, accounting, consulting, tax and financial advisory.
Salim was also affiliated with KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co., Chartered Accountants (Member firm of KPMG International) in Pakistan at their Karachi office, where he gained diversified experience in external and internal audit, financial and corporate advisory, policy & procedural development, risk management and internal audit report preparation.
Sohail Saleem is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Pakistan (ICAP) with over 10 years’ experience in audit, accounting, consulting and financial advisory. He is experienced in handling audit & review assignments of various local and multi-national clients from different sectors, including Banks, NBFCs, brokerage houses, manufacturing concerns etc.
Besides auditing and financial advisory, he's specialized in providing Information Technology based services to the clientele and has performed numerous IT based audits. He has also been active in designing, developing and implementing internal control systems for various clients and staff training & development and policy & procedures development.
He is a Fellow Member (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and a Chartered Public Finance Accountant (CPFA). He is also currently serving as “Honorary Secretary” of the Northern Regional Committee of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and has also served on various Committees of the ICAP. He has over 12 years of professional experience and specializes in development of fully integrated accounting and financial management system for private as well as public sectors enterprises. Muhammad Ilyas is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and has over 30 years experience in the field of accounting, auditing, taxation and management consultancy services in Pakistan and United Kingdom.
He graduated as Bachelor of Commerce from University of Peshawar in 1991 and Qualified as Chartered Accountant in 1997. He worked in large industrial groups before starting public practice in 2001. He is also member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries, Institute of Taxation Management, Institute of Public Finance Accountants, Institute of Financial Consultants (USA). Mr. Shahid Farid, FCA has more than 25 years of professional experience and expertise. He was/is member of different Committees of SECP and FBR. Mr.Shahid has extensive experience in Feasibility Studies, Financial Arrangements, Corporate Consultancy and Auditing. However core subject of interest is Taxation. He has rich experience of handling a large number of national and international consultancy assignments.
